Who we are
This website is run by Smarturtle Group, Lda, Zona Industrial da Jardoeira, R 1, Lt. 316, Nave 3, 2440-001 Batalha, Portugal, on behalf of Turtle Silicone Group and its companies SpeedTurtle, TurtlePetals and TurtleValve. Contact: comercial@turtlesiliconegroup.com.
What we collect
Only what you send us through the contact form or by email: company, name, work email, country, the group company and topic you choose, and your message. With the message we also record the date, the page you sent it from and, if present, the campaign tags in the link you used to reach us.
Why we use it
To answer your request and, if you ask for it, to prepare samples, quotations or technical answers. The legal basis is your consent and the steps you ask us to take before a possible contract (GDPR, article 6(1)(a) and (b)).
Who sees it
Our sales team and, when needed, the team of the group company your request is about. Your message is delivered and stored in our email system, Microsoft 365, and the website runs on a hosting provider in the European Union. Both act as our processors. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
For as long as we need it to answer your request and to follow up any business that comes from it. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to limit or object to its use, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw your consent at any time. Write to comercial@turtlesiliconegroup.com. You can also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, CNPD (www.cnpd.pt).
